We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 14-day money back guarantee. The 14 days start from the date you receive your order. When returning a product within the 14 days, you can exchange the product or request a refund (only with our approved Return Authorization). When procedures are followed, there are no restocking fees.

To return the product you must have our Return Authorization approval. Return Authorizations will be issued only when we receive your notification by email at info@pickinpal.com within the 14-day period from the date you receive your order.

If the return results from the receipt of damage or defective product, we will pay the shipping charges – both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.

In the case of an outright return for refund (with our approval), we refund the full purchase price of the product (less restocking fees, if any), but you are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the exchange.

Restocking Fees:

We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of all included parts and accessories. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging (including unbroken seals on the Pickin' Pal MIDI Player software and MIDI file CD envelopes).

Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20% of the purchase price) or refusal of the return.

Time period for refund:

Once we receive the approved returned merchandise, a refund is typically processed within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. When your return has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the email address you gave us during your request for the Return Authorization.
